QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL POLICY

LUROCH INTEGRATED LTD in its effort to satisfy clients Quality needs and requirements, has a Quality policy to provide goods and services that not only meet the contractual specifications, codes and regulatory requirements but also the clients Quality expectations.
In accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9000 series of international Quality standard LUROCH INTEGRATED LTD has developed a structure for tackling quality problems by developing a quality policy.
The Personnel performing activities affecting shall have sufficient authority, assess to work area and organizational scope to prevent, identify and correct quality problems.
He shall thus initiate, recommend and provide solutions to quality problems through predetermined channel and verify implementation of solutions.
In view of this, the quality personnel shall develop a set of operations set out in a Quality Assurance/Manual as well as contained in a document known as Quality Control Plan, which is assist of instructions to personnel of detailed procedures to achieve the Quality Control Plan.
Both the Quality Assurance Manual and the Quality Control Procedure are the foundation for guaranteeing that our Quality policy is realized and maintained. .
The controls set in both Quality Assurance Manual and the Quality Control Procurement shall include the flowing:

 Quality Assurance System
 Design Control
 Document control
 Procurement control
 Materials control
 Work Process control
 Inspection and test control
 Corrective and Preventive Action
 Quality Assurance Audit
 Training
 Servicing
 Statistical Technique.

The Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan for such project shall be approved by the Management through the Site Manager who has the ultimate responsibility to resolve Quality conflicts on projects as well as general management of this very important aspect of work.

COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, SECURITY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT SAFETY (HSE) POLICY

LUROCH INTEGRATED LTD operates with the realization that its activities may be hazardous to the health of personnel and public as well as the environment if not properly carried out in an appropriate manner.
LUROCH INTEGRATED LTD operations are therefore planned and carried out in such a manner as to prevent injury, protect and maintain the environment accordingly. Community Affairs, Safety, Health, Security and Environmental concerns are tenaciously pursued as follows.

HEALTH
 Support and encourage all effort of both government and other agencies aimed at achieving total health to its employee and members of the public that may be affected while executing its duties.
 Avoid injury at all times to its employees and members of the public especially in its area of operations.
 Maintains the services of government approved clinic with qualified doctors to ensure the workers and the members of their families are properly cared for.
 Preserve the health of its employees, through regular medical examination.
 Provide adequate first aid at the appropriate places.

SAFETY / SECURITY
 Ensure strict adherence to and observance of the company’s safety rules and regulations.
 Provide all necessary safety gadgets - personal protective equipment (P.P.E) e.g. Safety shoes, hard hats coverall, welding mask, hand gloves, life jackets, goggle, and safety harness.
 Similarly, it takes great pains to make all employees recognize the need for self discipline, prevents theft, or losses to the company, avoid injury to themselves and others, and also ensure there is no damage to environment. HSE is a line management responsibility. In other word, everybody is responsible for HSE.
 LUROCH INTEGRATED LTD has therefore instituted audits, regular and periodic mes as a continuous process for identifying and eliminating hazards that are unsafe practices at the work place.
 As incentives, parties and /or cash records are made from time to time for man-hours worked without lost time injury.
